We noticed an increase in the error rate of the document capture service involving the SDK Document Detector and Onboarding Web products in the document capture stage. The problem is a partial outage that affected approximately 12% of the flow between 11:40 AM and 01:40 PM (GMT-3). The problem has been resolved and the service is back to normal.
